IT Support/ Project Engineering Assistant

  • HKDSE / Diploma or above with 1-3 years office IT Support;
  • Excellent in software, including MS Teams, Sharepoint, MS Office, Autocad;
  • Maintain and administer day-to-day operation in computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations;
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components;
  • Assist in managing hardware and software inventory items;
  • Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users;
  • Perform user account management and system administration;
  • Perform backup and security control;
  • Support Business operation by building Excel and Data management templates to smoothen operations, develop web-based acoustic/noise measurement platform;
  • Support Project team in drawings, project scheduling, submission, on site noise measurement;
  • Candidate with higher education level in engineering will be internally developed into Engineering team in construction projects;
  • Part time working will be considered to suitable candidates

 

Assistant Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil / Building Services / Mechanical);
  • Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure completion on time, safe and with quality; financially within budget and ensure variations and claims are well managed;
  • Manage team of engineers and site subcontractors;
  • Min. 8 years work experience in Civil/Building Services/Engineering contracts;
  • Good contacts with Developers, Architects, Contractors and Consultants;
  • Attractive remuneration package with performance linked bonus will be offered to the successful candidate;
  • Good potential with suitable experience one(s) will be considered as Project Manager
